I am an NHPC-registered practitioner with training as a Hypnotherapist (2020), and Spinal Flow Practitioner (2024), and proud founder and practitioner of Inner Alchemy (2025). My work blends grounded therapeutic technique with an energetically attuned approach: I use hypnotherapy to access and transform subconscious patterns, and Spinal Flow to restore structural and energetic alignment. Together these modalities help clients move through pain, stress, and creative blocks into renewed vitality and clarity.
People often describe my energetic presence as large and powerful — I use that field intentionally to hold safe, expansive space for healing and insight. When I’m inspired, I shift into a high-output creative mode: needing less sleep, thinking laterally, and generating original solutions and offerings. That same creative force fuels client work—whether developing bespoke treatment plans, designing workshops, or guiding individuals through deep personal transformation.
I value integrity, curiosity, and collaboration. My mission is to support people in reclaiming their energy, reconnecting with inner wisdom, and expressing their fullest creative potential. I welcome clients who are ready to do meaningful work and open to something both practical and energetically alive.
Release the Past, Realign Your Body, Renew Your Energy!

My journey into acupuncture began in northern B.C. while I was working as a Certified Dental Assistant and struggling with chronic neck pain and headaches. After years of seeking effective treatments, I tried acupuncture as a last resort—and after just three sessions, I found the relief I had been searching for. Inspired by this experience, I transitioned from the dental field to pursue a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In June 2007, I graduated with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson, B.C., after 3,200 hours of study. Shortly after, I passed my acupuncture licensing exams in British Columbia. I am a proud member of the Saskatchewan Chinese Medicine Association (PTCMAAS) and the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).
I have continued my education by studying specialized acupuncture techniques, including Motor Points, Balance Acupuncture with Dr. Tan, and Meridian Theory with Dr. Spears. My practice is centered around providing comprehensive care for the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re struggling with pain, stress, anxiety, or seeking to optimize your health, my goal is to help you achieve balance and well-being.
