Jennifer Moffatt is a Hypnotherapist (Graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2020) and certified Spinal Flow Practitioner (2024). She is an Energy Worker through the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She works with people from newborn to 100+ years.

The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps release tension and stress stored in the spine. By working with the body’s natural flow, it encourages better communication between the brain and nervous system, allowing for improved function, relaxation, and well-being. This technique supports the body in letting go of blockages, promoting ease and balance.

Spinal Flow is not a magic fix, it works much the same way as wearing braces, consistency is key and there is no set number of sessions for anyone. It took years to get to the point you are now, it will take some time to get to where you want to be!

The Emotion Code is a bioenergetic technique that uses muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the body. These trapped emotions may contribute to physical symptoms, mental stress, or behavioral patterns. By addressing these imbalances at the subconscious level, the body may respond with improved regulation and function.

Release the Past, Realign Your Body, Renew Your Energy!
